Today marks my one year anniversary working at WSVN Channel 7 News here in Miami, Florida. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays🎄🎁

I debated putting up a Christmas tree this year 🥹 But in the end, I decided to put one up. It may not be as big as the 12 foot tree I had in Sacramento, but this tree is just as beautiful and warms my heart❤️

2024 has been such a roller coaster of a year…change and growth…loss and grief!✨🙏🏽 I now understand that even during joyful and happy times…our hearts can still feel sadness and pain.

But I also know the importance of positivity and the power of our mindset. ✨🙏🏽 So this tree reminds me to always have hope and faith even through the difficult times, and to BELIEVE IN THE GIFT OF LIFE 🎁

P.S. Oh and a good Christmas Dance beat can always get you in the spirit 😜🪩🕺🏽🎄🎅🏽

Some very sad news to share 🥹

Our Little Miss Coco crossed the rainbow bridge and is now in doggy heaven 😇 🌈 She passed away peacefully in her sleep this morning. She was at home with my brother, Wayne and his family.

Coco was 12 years old. She was the heart of our family…And she always loved being with us on Good Day and being a part of the show.

Thank you for showing her so much love whenever she was on set.✨❤️🥹😇

It’s been a long and heartbreaking day covering the tornado damage from Hurricane Milton 🌪️ 🌀 While we dodged a bullet in Miami, some people up north in Wellington are dealing with the aftermath of the storm.

But it’s very comforting to see that in times of hardship, people can still come together and help each other out! ❤️‍🩹

So today I am grateful to be going home to a bed I can sleep in and thankful for a job I enjoy everyday. ✨ 🐞 🪶
