I’ll be at the Young At Heart Expo this Friday, Sept. 26 (9 AM – 5 PM) and Saturday, Sept. 27 (9 AM – 4 PM) at the Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. ✨ Come by and check out all the incredible vendors and businesses focused on living a healthier, happier life. Plus non stop entertainment and demonstrations.

🐾 On Saturday at 12 Noon, I’m honored to host the Al Waterson Celebrities and Their Pets Fashion Show — celebrating the late, great Al Waterson, while raising awareness for pet adoption with the Hawaiian Humane Society.

🎤 I’ll also be singing a few songs — on Friday at 1 PM and again during the Fashion Show on Saturday!

✨ Free admission, adoptable pets on-site, live music, and a whole lot of Aloha! Hope to see you there! 💙

🌅 This morning, I took a much-needed run outside… and it was more than just a cardio workout. With each step, I released what no longer serves me, grounding in the sun, the sand, and the sea. 🌊☀️

On the run, I slowed down inside…noticing the beauty all around me, feeling free, alive, and exactly where I was meant to be. I ended with a dip in the ocean just before the rain came pouring down…a reminder that release is always followed by renewal. 🌧️✨

And then, as if the universe was speaking back, the song “UR ALIVE” by @illenium came on the radio�…the perfect soundtrack, reminding me to be grateful for this moment, this breath, this LIFE💫

The concert didn’t happen…And maybe it was meant to be.

Sometimes things shift and need to end for a reason, even if we don’t see it right away.

I’ll be dancing at home…not broken, not bitter.

The trophies represent the work, but the real prize is the person I’ve become. Stronger physically. Sharper mentally. Grounded spiritually.

The show may be over, but the mission is not.

This prep wasn’t about chasing a trophy, it was about proving to myself what’s possible with discipline, sacrifice, and relentless consistency.

For weeks, I pushed through early mornings, late-night cravings, sore muscles, and mental battles most people never see. This prep tested every part of me, yet I showed up.

Now the post-show carbs have arrived in full force, piezookies, pancakes and all! 😂

But I earned this. And now, it’s time to grow. More food, more balance, more muscle. Let’s build.

May 24, 2025 — SHOW DAY

20 weeks ago, I set a goal: to step on stage again, better than before. Today, that dream came to life.

After my last competition, I let myself go a bit. Life got busy. I got off track. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t done. I just needed to find my fire again — and this prep reignited it.

The past few months have been the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Early mornings. Long workouts. Cardio. Prep meals. Posing. Mental battles. Nights with just 4 hours of sleep. All for a few moments on stage. And yet, I’d do it all again — because I grew through every second of it.

Bodybuilding isn’t just about lifting weights or eating clean. It’s about discipline. Precision. Resilience. It’s about pushing your body and your mind to the limit. It’s learning to show up when you’re tired, to stay sharp when no one’s watching, and to believe in yourself before the world ever sees the result.

No matter what happens tonight, I’m proud. I’ve already won. I became the version of myself I knew I could be.

Huge mahalo to my coach Gary Putti @gp_flex for guiding me with patience and purpose. I’m already excited to grow, improve, and keep learning about this beautiful, brutal sport.

And to my family and friends — your support carried me more than you know. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
